Below are the supplemental materials you can get to help you with the concepts in my books.

The 4 Piece Operating Plan

  • Operating Plan Template – Word Doc format
    • Save as Microsoft Word to edit.
    • You can then upload it to your own Google drive to edit it as a Google Doc.
    • Save as PDF to print
  • Presentation Slides (Includes Change Management Canvas) – Powerpoint Slides
    • Save as PowerPoint to edit.
    • You can then upload it to your own Google drive to edit it as Google Slides.
    • Save as PDF to print
  • Program Backlog – Excel Spreadsheets
    • If you just view this in a browser, you can’t see all the dropdowns. Save as Excel spreadsheet (recommended) or CSV template (for import to other tools).
    • You can then upload it to your own Google drive to edit it as Google Sheets. Save as PDF to print.
    • It can also be used as a Project backlog. Just replace the phases with Milestones.
    • It can also be used as a Product backlog. Just replace the phases with Epics. Also add a column for Releases.
