This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications (the “Services”) published by Chris Harden (“I”, “me”, or “my”) and available on the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or other distribution platforms, as well as to this website, chrisharden.com.

I respect your privacy. This page explains what information may be collected when you use my Services, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information I Collect

I do not require you to create an account, and I do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through my games.

Some limited information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Device information (such as device model, operating system version, and language settings)
  • Gameplay and usage data (such as levels completed, session length, and crash reports)
  • Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, if provided by third-party services described below

This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the Services — for example, to fix bugs, balance gameplay, and understand which features are used.

Third-Party Services

My games may include third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect information used to identify your device, deliver advertising, or provide analytics. Depending on the game, these may include:

Advertising

Some of my games are supported by advertising. Ad networks may use device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising

In-App Purchases

If a game offers in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. I never receive or store your payment card details.

Data Retention and Deletion

Automatically collected data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Game progress stored on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app. If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your device, contact me at the email address below and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

My Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where my games are available to a general audience, third-party ad services are configured to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of my Services, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the limited information collected through the Services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
