5 Stars: A Must Read<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Manager’s Path<\/a> is an excellent guide to how the world of Software Engineering works, whether you are in a startup, small business, or large corporation. It was recommended to be my by my good friend and colleague, Mitchell Potter<\/a>, who is also an Engineering leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any Engineer or Engineering student would do themselves a favor to read this book. I’ve been in all roles discussed in this book through out my career, but I did so without knowing the path. In retrospect, I can say this book really nails what the options are. If you are considering a path in Engineering, read this book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This book has great info by the writer, Camille Fournier<\/a>, and the narrator, Janet Metzger<\/a>, sounds excellent at 1.25 to 1.5 speed on Audible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
